What is Tr.Ai.N?

Tr.Ai.N is your personal AI fitness coach. You choose from a range of AI trainer personalities, then your trainer builds a workout plan around your goals, your fitness level, and the equipment you have. Your trainer adapts your plan as you progress and is there to chat whenever you need guidance.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Tell your trainer what you have — a full gym, a few dumbbells, or nothing but your bodyweight — and your plan is built to fit. You can update this anytime.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Tr.Ai.N is intended for users aged 17 and older, and we ask for your date of birth when you sign up.

Question 4

How does the free trial work?

Tr.Ai.N starts with a 7-day free trial that gives you full access. If you'd like to keep training after the trial, you'll need an active subscription. Your trial and subscription are managed securely through your Apple App Store account.

What does a subscription cost?

Current pricing and any available plans are shown in the app before you subscribe, and on the App Store. Prices may vary by region.

Question 6

How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside the app. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Select Tr.Ai.N, then tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial). If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged, and you'll keep access until the trial period ends. You can also manage subscriptions at any time at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, email us at support@train-ai.net and we'll do our best to help point you in the right direction.

Question 8

I subscribed but don't have access / I switched devices.

Accepted Answer

Open the app and use Restore Purchases (available on the subscription screen). This re-checks your Apple account and restores access on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. If it still doesn't work, email support@train-ai.net.

Question 9

Does Tr.Ai.N use my Apple Health data?

Accepted Answer

Only if you choose to connect it. With your permission, Tr.Ai.N can read activity, sleep, and related data so your training reflects your real recovery and activity, and can write completed workouts back to Apple Health. You control what's shared, and you can change or revoke this anytime in your iPhone's Health settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Are my conversations with my trainer private?

Your messages are processed to generate coaching responses. We take privacy seriously and explain exactly what we collect and how it's used in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your personal data.

Question 11

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@train-ai.net from the email address associated with your account (or including your account details). We'll process your request and confirm when it's complete. Note that cancelling your subscription (through Apple) and deleting your account are separate steps — see the cancellation instructions above.

The app isn't working the way I expect.

Accepted Answer

First, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store and try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, email support@train-ai.net with your device model, app version, and a description (a screenshot helps a lot).

My exercise videos aren't loading.

Accepted Answer

Exercise demonstrations load over the internet, so check your connection. If they still won't load on a good connection, let us know at support@train-ai.net.
